Known for its many high-rise apartment buildings, this downtown neighbourhood has recently been the site of new Toronto condo development projects, attracting young couples and first-time buyers. Surrounded by established tree lined streets, this picturesque area has lots of green space in an otherwise urban setting. Condos like The Verve have really added to the look and feel of St Jamestown.

There are quite a few restaurants to choose from. Some good places to grab a bite are Gourmet Burger and BBQ Chicken Factory.
