Overview
Looking for classy Toronto condos for sale or for rent in the city’s downtown core, with exciting amenities and striking balcony views, then Lumiere Condos on Bay could be the place for you.
Located in the Bay St. Corridor just south of College Street on Bay, Lumiere Condos is an impressive and sleek-looking 32-storey high-rise that hosts over 350 suites from one-bedroom to two-bedrooms plus den. Expect open concept living room and kitchen designs, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, sizable bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. The building also hosts a brag-worthy list of energetic amenities. With direct access to Yonge Street, the Eaton Centre, College Street streetcars, and the Financial District, Lumiere Condos is an exciting downtown find.

Most Notable Features
Four passenger-elevators: Elevator traffic can sometimes be a real hassle in condo buildings but residents at Lumiere Condos will enjoy the service of four passenger-elevators. Go promptly and smoothly from your door to the city street, in time to catch the morning streetcar and back for the sunset from you balcony, glass of wine in hand.
Indoor pool vs. outdoor BBQ: Living at Lumiere Condos you will have access to a pretty solid list of amenities, like an extensive fitness centre, yoga studio, rooftop patio, and a movie-screening room. You will actually have to decide which is a better way to spend your time, a swim in the indoor pool versus a BBQ on the rooftop terrace. Good luck!
Hop on TTC: Lumiere Condos enjoys a local downtown travel perk because of its location. Just off of College Street, you’ll find streetcars only a walk away as well as College Station on the Yonge-University subway five minutes down the street. The ability to easily hop on the TTC will really pay off in the winter.
