Overview
A Toronto condo in a great downtown location with a lot of suite options, nice amenities, and a calmer, quieter feel, Opera Place I is worth checking out.
Located on the east side of Bay Street between Breadalbane and Grosvenor Streets, Opera Place I is a two-tower joint structure with Opera Place II. The mid-rise brickwork and glass building stands at 16-storeys and offers over 160 Toronto condos for sale and for rent. Suite choices range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom plus den apartment styles, many with private terraces. With a home at Opera Place I you are living in the Bay St. Corridor, close to Yonge Street nightlife, the Eaton Centre, the Financial District, and downtown university campuses. Noted for its calmer, mid-rise feel, the building has a nice list of amenities including 24-hour concierge and security and a good fitness facility.

Most Notable Features
Ground floor convenience: Opera Place I enjoys the convenience of ground floor commercial space, featuring a drugstore and the local Presse Café for your morning latte or a lunchtime sandwich.
Free visitor parking: Residents at Opera Place I enjoy a nice list of amenities but one feature that stands out is the free visitor parking. Easily overlooked, visitor parking can be a tremendous benefit for friends and family when they visit, especially in Toronto’s busy downtown core.
Student smart: Opera Place I is well situated for students studying at either the University of Toronto or Ryerson University. The prime downtown location, together with the variety of suite options, one-bedroom for students living alone, or two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms plus a den for roommates, it’s a fine spot to consider if you want to live and study downtown.
